Meet Our Team
Born and raised in New Iberia, I attended UL in 2008 where I played baseball as a pitcher. I graduated in 2008 with a degree in business management. I am the proud father of 2 wonderful kids and have now been a Youngsville resident for 10 years. Fitness and athletics has always been a passion of mine that I look forward to sharing with the Youngsville community.
I am originally from Lafayette, LA but I moved to 3 different states during high school to play competitive Ice Hockey. I've played Division 1 college hockey at Wayne State in Detroit, MI and at Mercyhurst in Erie, PA, where we competed in the NCAA Division 1 Frozen Four. Afterwards, I moved home to complete my Masters in Exercise Science at UL. I am also a Kinesiology Instructor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA.
I grew up in Broussard and attended Comeaux, graduating in 2002. After having my son in 2005, I discovered group fitness classes and quickly fell in love with the community that they brought. In 2013, I found yoga and became certified in several different styles which eventually led to me leaving my job of 15 years and pursuing a career in fitness. In 2019, I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach which allows me to help others create their own path to health and wellness.
“Born and raised in Gueydan but attended high school at Vermillion Catholic. Always active and playing sports all my life landed me on the football and baseball teams. Excelling in football helped our team win state championship my senior year. I continued my education and football career at Louisiana College where I graduated in Fitness and Wellness in 09. I’ve been a personal trainer ever since and loving it.”
I was born and raised in Lafayette, La. I graduated from Comeaux High School in 2000. I have a Bachelors of Health Science from Washburn University and work full time as a Radiation Therapist. At 8 weeks pregnant, I began teaching group fitness and fell in love with leading fitness classes in a group atmosphere. I am passionate about fitness and find joy in motivating others to achieve their fitness goals.
I am from Crowley LA, graduated from Crowley High in 2014. I went to UL from 2016-2019 graduated from UL in 2019 with a general studies degree. I was a bullpen catcher for the baseball team at UL for 3 years, where I found a passion for the strength and conditioning side of sports. I am currently pursuing my strength and conditioning specialist certification.
“I was born in Tyler, Texas and raised by the Community of Lafayette. After I graduated from THE Northside High as the state 100m sprint champion, I earned similar accolades at ULL as a national standout and the former record holder for the 55m sprint. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to compete amongst the fastest people in the world as a USATF elite sprinter. Teaching others about speed is an honor and privilege. Speed kills.”
Working out has always been a passion of mine. Growing up athletics were a huge part of my life. I went on to play softball at Nicholls State University where I graduated. Along with Revive, I continue to coach to this day and am currently the head softball coach at Southside High.
I was born and raised in Abbeville, Louisiana. I graduated from Acadiana High School in 2017 where I was a 3 sport athlete in baseball, football, and track. I then attended Baton Rouge Community College where I played baseball. After my two years there I transferred over to UL where I am currently pursuing a degree in kinesiology. After I graduate, I would like to apply at LSU-E for the radiology tech program.
“My name is Nathan Wiggins. I am originally from Littleton, Colorado. I am a former D2 and German Football League linebacker. I have coached at both the high school and collegiate level including a two year stint as Head Strength Coach at Pearl River Community College in south Mississippi. My family and I moved to the Lafayette area in 2020. I am currently pursuing my CSCS and in my second season as Defensive Coordinator at Vermilion Catholic in Abbeville. My better half, Mikaela, is also a former collegiate and professional athlete. She is a realtor with Keller Williams and we are the proud parents of two young boys Leo (3) and Bruin (2).”
“I was born and raised in Breaux Bridge Louisiana. I graduated from teurlings catholic high school where I played football and ran track. In college I was a sprinter for the University of Louisiana where I specialized in 60 and 100 m sprints. I am currently studying kinesiology with a focus in fitness sales in hopes of becoming a medical equipment salesman. Staying strong, fit, and fast has always been a passion of mine and I cannot wait to share my knowledge and experience with the Revive family.”
